Belda Marella
Founding member
Belda has always been eager to understand the story and meaning behind numbers. Her interest led her to pursue master's degree in Methodology & Statistics at Leiden University, Netherlands, where she gained professional experience as a statistical consultant. Belda believes that data mastery will have a significant impact on society, through improved decision making process that potentially leads to positive outcomes.
Edwin Sutamto

Edwin discovered his passion for psychometric since before he received his bachelor's degree from UNIKA Atma Jaya. Prior to pursuing his master's degree in intercultural psychology, Edwin was actively involved in research and test development projects as well as teaching at the undergraduate level as an adjunct lecturer. His experience working at HIV AIDS Research Center aspired him to make a difference in the community through the help of psychometric and technology.
Ngadiman Djaja

Ngadiman is an experienced psychometrician with a demonstrated history of working in the research industry and a strong entrepreneurship professional with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) focused in Public Health from Queensland University of Technology. He is skilled in Analytical Skills, Research Design, and Item Response Theory.
